Returns & Refunds Policy

Our returns policy is carefully put in place as a part of our efforts in ensuring consumers are protected and are fully satisfied with both our services. 

Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

Submission of a refund request is still subject for approval and is a case to case basis.

MAIN POLICY

Refund requests for any reasons must be sent to info@theyearlyreset.com 

Once your purchase is completed, your spot for the retreat will be 100% guaranteed. 

You will have the ability to cancel up to 45 days before the arrival date of the retreat your have selected, and a 50% refund will be given. 

ANY REFUND REQUESTS LESS THAN 45 DAYS BEFORE THE RETREAT WILL NOT BE HONORED AND THE FULL AMOUNT WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CARD.

Since we must secure all spots at the villa and make personalized  guest preparations, any changes or cancellations after 45 days can not be refunded.

Your refund will be processed and returned to the payment method used when making payment. The funds will be returned to the payment method within 3-5 business days. 

Change Of Guests/Transfer of ticket

If you or any of your named guests can not attend and you wish to transfer their ticket you must write to info@theyearlyreset.com so that we are aware of the change in attendees.

You can make changes to your attendees, including yourself, up to 7 days before arrival. All arrangements for transference of payment must be made between you and the new attendee
